There isn’t really much of a story behind ths one – Its basially me and my boyfriend messing about on holiday last year. It was our first holiday together (we went to an awful resort in Gran Canaria – one of the worst places I’ve ever been to), we tried to make the best of it, and ended up having lots of giggles just messing about, so the holiday turned out to be not too bad after all!

I’m loving my hair in the photo – not – slicked back with sunscreen to prevent my scalp from burning – nice. I think I came back from the holiday paler than I was when I went away!

1. Ice-cold rose wine on a warm summer evening
2. Getting into a new clean fresh bed, with freshly shaved legs (Caroline will relate to this one lol!)
3. The postie bringing me something nice, ie non-bill related!
4. Having a long lie in with a cup of coffee and TV.
5. Catching up with my mum/sister/friends over a coffee.
6. Coming home from work and knowing I’m off for a couple of days.
7. Freshly painted nails.
8. Looking through old photo’s and reminiscing.
9. The cool side of the pillow (another one Caroline will appreciate)
10. Staying up really really late and watching a family guy marathon… simple things!

1. I’m a uni drop – out – I went to uni to do a medical degree originally and hated it, and left after 4 years, then went back to get my current qualifications in mental health nursing instead…

2. It took me four attempts to pass my driving test.

3. If I thought I could get away with it, I would wear red lipstick everyday!

4. Every birthday, my family get me a cake in the shape of a hedgehog – this goes back to my childhood!

5. My first makeup love was chanel, but I’m not impressed with the current stuff they are knocking out to be honest – they used to have some amazing LE’s – anyone remember the artists palette set?

6. My old car (a white Toyota Starlet called Lois) is currently off the road and I’m driving my BF’s VW Bora… he got a car with his new job.

7. I once saw Colleen Rooney in a sandwich shop in Liverpool.

8. I could literally watch Family Guy for a week non-stop without getting bored.

9. I believe in the power of flat coke and salt and vinegar crisps for a hangover cure!

10. I have recently realised that my hate of the heat means that I will never fulfil my dream of living in Australia!
