Apologies for the stock image here, but a LOT of people have been talking about this product on twitter recently so I wanted to get a quick post up with my thoughts on this little gem, which is available for around £1.50 in Superdrug.

I first heard about this product from the fab Amanda from Beauty Blogging Blonde, who also has an amazing YouTube channel HERE. She mentioned that she used this to help keep her teeth pearly white in the run up to her wedding and was super impressed with it.

Now I have tried possibly every whitening toothpaste on the UK market, but I always try to steer clear of actual whitening treatments as I suffer from sensitive teeth. So when I was this in Superdrug I decided to give it a try. After all for £1.50 ish its no big loss!

The powder is basically a minty green coloured powder, and you wet your toothbrush under the tap, dip it in and brush your teeth as normal with it. The powder foams up much as a normal toothpaste would, but tastes a little bit chalkier.

In terms of stain removal though, this does an outstanding job – I could see a difference after one use, which is very impressive. One caveat with it is though, that powder works in an abrasive way, so it is important to only use this once per week, to prevent any potential damage to enamel. I also wouldn’t recommend using this with an electric toothbrush for the same reason.
